How We Tested
This is a big deal, because bringing a stroller along on vacation can be a total drag. During testing, we chose the best wheels and tires to ensure that the strollers could handle hard and soft surfaces like the sidewalks of Brooklyn and the Orlando theme parks.
To test maneuverability, we ran the strollers through an obstacle course at each location. The Summer 3Dmini Convenience Stroller is one of the lightest strollers we tested and is a great option if you want to travel regularly with your stroller or have multiple kids in tow. It folds down small enough to fit in a carry-on bag and has a storage basket and cup holders.
The 3Dmin is one of the least expensive strollers we tested and is still sturdily built, with a full-sized seat and a hand brake and shock-absorbing front wheels. It doesn’t offer as much storage space as other strollers we recommend, but it still has a decent amount.
The light weight and small fold make this an easy stroller to maneuver in crowded spaces, and you can lock its rear wheels for more stability on uneven surfaces.

This stroller doesn’t offer quite as much storage as the other strollers we tested, but it should be enough for most errands. The Cloud Plus has a one-handed folding mechanism that worked easily for us, but the storing process is a little more involved than the competition.
The Cloud Plus has all-terrain wheels and a front wheel that locks, along with a front wheel suspension, ensuring an easy ride in most terrains.
