How We Evaluated Each Product
We took each stroller through a gauntlet of tests that included loading it into an Uber, checking out of an airport car rental, maneuvering it in a crowded mall, and assembling and disassembling it.

The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Duallie Jogging Stroller (the “Flex 3.0”) is a high-quality, all-terrain stroller designed for jogging and other active endeavors. It has a smooth ride and plenty of storage for a couple of toddler-sized backpacks and a couple of bags for parents.
The handlebar is adjustable and quickly locks at multiple heights, and the no-rethread harness and seat are also easy to adjust. The Flex 3.0 has a smooth, simple folding mechanism; a built-in lock to prevent accidental folding; and a built-in car seat adapter for most major car seat brands.
It also has a built-in infant car seat adapter, so you can use this stroller with an infant car seat in addition to a toddler car seat. The stroller is compatible with most major brand car seats, and the handlebar includes a phone pocket. The Flex 3.0 is one of the largest double strollers we tested and was one of the easiest to get in and out of the car.

The only downside is that it’s a little heavy and fairly big, so using it for a day or multi-day trip may be more trouble than it’s worth.
